The pipe under your floor is meant to last as long as the building. That is why GSAT gives a lifetime warranty on the floor heating pipe it installs.

Why the pipe lasts
Floor heating pipe sits inside the screed, protected from sunlight and impact, and carries water at low temperature. Before the screed is poured, every circuit is pressure-tested, so problems are found while the pipe is still visible.
